Our customer service department is available Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm Eastern standard Time. Our office is closed over the weekend and observes the following holidays: New Year Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days during normal business hours. Most orders placed before 12pm ET M-F will be processed the same business day. Business days do not include weekends or company observed holidays.

Free shipping on all orders and delivered via USPS within the USA. We do not ship Outside the USA

We post our Supplement Facts and recommended use on our Adnutrix.com site on the product page and also on the bottle.

All Adnutrix products are tested by an accredited lab and are manufactured under a FDA registered and current good manufacturing practices certification facilities.

It's possible our email ended up in your spam or junk folder. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, please reach out to our customer service department.

If you need to return an item please contact our customer service department, ship back the item with tracking at customers expense. Once your package has returned to our warehouse, a refund or exchange will be processed based on your request, and an email notification will be sent upon completion.

All items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your original order.
